1. No purchase through the website
Preparing an inquiry, contacting us or requesting a proposal does not create a charge or subscription. Paid work begins under a written agreement that states the applicable cancellation, notice and payment terms.
2. Requesting cancellation
Send a written request to contact@brigantewaydigital.store identifying your company, engagement or invoice reference, requested end date and reason for the request. We will review the request against the agreed scope and contractual terms. An email request does not itself reverse ad-platform charges or cancel third-party subscriptions.
3. Work already performed
Completed work, delivered services and authorized third-party commitments are assessed under the signed agreement. Prepaid amounts attributable to unperformed work are reviewed for any applicable refund or credit after reconciling earned fees and authorized costs. This page does not establish a blanket nonrefundable-fee rule.
4. Advertising spend
Amounts already spent on advertising are governed by the relevant platform’s billing and refund rules. If the client pays a platform directly, refunds must follow that platform’s process. If we hold an authorized unused media balance, its reconciliation and return are handled according to the agreement and applicable law.
5. Recurring engagements and handover
Any renewal and notice period must be disclosed in the agreement. At the end of an engagement, the parties coordinate campaign status, account permissions, outstanding invoices and transfer of agreed deliverables. Pausing campaign management is distinct from pausing live advertising; instructions should specify both where necessary.
6. Billing errors and rights
Report suspected duplicate charges, incorrect invoices or undelivered work promptly with supporting details. We will review and correct substantiated errors. Where a refund is due, the amount, method and expected processing time will be confirmed. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
